When Escherichia coli or E. coli (a type of bacteria that's present in our intestines/ digestive tract) gets into your urethra and goes up to your bladder can cause you Urinary Tract Infection or UTI. Women are mostly prone to this disease than men do.


Any of the following symptoms must be taken seriously to cure, as these can lead your health to risk if not treated immediately:

  • Drink plenty of water to cleanse your urinary system.
  • Charged up with Vit. C. This can help make your urine acidic that fights bacteria.
  • Mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda into your drink to stop the burning sensation.
  • Even if you only urinate a small amount, make sure to flush it out. Emptying your bladder will wash the bacteria out.
  • Eat cucumbers. It has a high water substance that's best to have extra fluid and cleanse your urinary tract.
  • Go get a bottle filled with water and place it over your irritating bladder to at least minimize the pain.
Prompt treatment of UTI is important to prevent the infection from expanding into your kidneys; otherwise, the risk will become unbearable. Consulting a doctor is highly recommended as soon as you have the symptoms.
